Quinn Kalinski, Director of Bands
A graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder, Quinn Kalinski has been the director of bands at Green River High School since 2018. In this time, the instrumental ensembles have enjoyed state-wide recognition as among the best in Wyoming. GRHS Band students regularly achieve District Festival, Clinic, and All-State recognition. In his spare time, Mr. Kalinski enjoys cooking, spending time with his dog, and a variety of outdoor activities including rock climbing, skiing, hiking, and camping.
Drew Gramlich, Assistant Director of Bands
A graduate from the University of Wyoming, Drew Gramlich has been the assistant director of bands at Green River High School since 2021. He is also the elementary music teacher at Harrison and Washington elementary in Green River. In his spare time, Mr. Gramlich enjoys gaming, spending time with his cats, and traveling around the different parts of the world.
Kristen Morris, Percussion Director
Kristen is a 2018 graduate from Green River High School and participated in symphonic and marching band all four years. Has been assisting as percussion instructor for the marching band since 2019. She attended hygiene school in Sheridan and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming in 2022. Kristen currently resides in Colorado and works as a hygienist in a private practice office in Castle Rock. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two dogs and finding new activities to enjoy.
Journey Jess, LMS Band Director
A graduate from the University of Wyoming , Journey Jess is the newest addition to the Performing Arts department in Green River. She is the middle school band director at Lincoln Middle School. She's looking forward to growing the program and helping students become amazing musicians. In her free time, Ms. Jess enjoys reading, playing music, drawing and yoga.
